Delivery will normally be made within 3-7 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.
IMPORTANT Delivery Information
You should be sure that access to your delivery address is suitable for LARGE vehicles with rear tail-lift offload. Delivery will be to the nearest kerbside or hard-standing by tail-lift lorry and manually operated pallet truck. We will accept no liability for damage to lorry or property caused by leaving the road, and written instructions accepting the risk before we depart from this procedure will be required. Most

Breakages
In an ideal world this wouldn't happen, I would be retired, play golf all day and hang around with Hugh Hefner but as we all know, life isn't perfect! Our paving is ethically sourced in India, its packaged and will not see the light of day until it arrives on your doorstep. Its transported halfway across the world via a container over the high seas . It is delivered to us by lorry and finally its transported to you.Unfortunately we can do very little about the odd broken piece but if there is significant damage please inform us and we will do everything we can to solve the problem. We suggest that you allow an additional 10% to allow for breakages but if you are tight on the order please contact us and we will help where we can. I hope you appreciate our honesty.
Tips for a smooth delivery
A little forward planning should help your delivery go smoothly. Think about where you would like your delivery to be put and work around that. If parked cars are a problem then try to use your own car to good effect, park it out on the road to keep a space for your delivery then move it when the goods arrive. Include a friend or neighbours car too if possible, you can never have too much space. Please don't go out on your delivery day, not even for a few minutes as I guarantee that is the moment your delivery will arrive. Please take a few minutes to read our delivery section.
NBAll deliveries need to be inspected and signed for. If you are not at the delivery address to receive the goods or have not arranged anybody else to receive the goods on your behalf, the courier driver will not leave the goods.A surcharge will be made and also another charge will be made for the cost to redeliver. The cost will be reasonable and will be charged at the courier rate only.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland(BT), Isle of Man(IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles(which includes some addresses within these Postal Regions, PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles(HS, ZE) will incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.
Decking and Sleeper Delivery
Due to the size and nature of these products it is very important that 2 people are on site for delivery due to health and safety reasons. Where possible the products will be shipped via mechanical off-loading haulage but if this is not possible we will contact you to arrange an agreeable delivery time.
